More companies are bringing workers back to the office, but it’s making us more stressed
As more companies mandate the amount of time to be spent in the office, employee stress levels are on the rise.
Dr Libby Sander is an assistant professor of organisational behaviour at Bond University, a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, the founder and director of the Future of Work Project, founder of Rethink, past Chair of Goldspaces, an urban renewal and cultural development platform, and an agenda contributor at the World Economic Forum.
