New huge Ikea? Great. Hopefully there will be some water coolers along the 2.5km path. Maybe also golf carts for the elderly and disabled (and fatties).
I hope they also integrate public transport as well so people who are walking can easily get home. Unfortutely I once bought a small piece of furniture at Ikea and wanted to catch public transport home, but the nearest station was about 3km away.
