Zoe Pointon is the co-founder of OpenAgent, a real estate ranking and review service that helps home owners connect with the best agent to sell their property.
My favourite piece of tech is a simple but brilliant screen-snapping tool, Skitch.
Skitch lets me take screenshots or partial screenshots of things I see on screen and easily make notes and drawings on these images. I use it to quickly and easily communicate changes to our site or give feedback on designs and features that are in progress.
I even take snaps of things I see on the web more broadly to circulate as ideas or competitive intelligence. I just grab the screenshot, draw arrows and other thoughts on the image, and I can even add comments or ideas for copy. I can then simply drag the screen-snap, complete with feedback into either an email or our task management system (we use Jira).
