Power Play: Never sell liberty to purchase power

Power Players would much rather walk away from the outcome they desperately desire than give up their freedom.

Liberty is under-appreciated until it is threatened, or worse, taken away. Freedom from corporate tyranny is precious and it should never be sold to purchase power. Once it’s gone, you can never get it back.

There will come times in your life when you come close to doing it, but resist the temptation. Power Players would much rather walk away from the outcome they desperately desire than sell their freedom. There will come another opportunity to get the resolution they need, but freedom once it’s gone, is gone forever.

Liberty from any type of tyranny is priceless and the smartest Power Players know this to be absolutely true. Liberty is an old-fashioned word and you don’t hear it much these days. That’s because we so often take it for granted. Think about what it means to you and what would happen if it disappeared from your life. It is not to be used as a bargaining chip.
