Power Play: Sit quietly and spring comes

This one I love – as does any good Power Player. Sometimes the best thing to do is absolutely nothing because eventually things will get better.

When it’s been a particularly bad few months sometimes you need to let the mess run its course before things get better on their own.

Spring comes after every winter and sometimes the best you can do is sit tight and let the bad stuff wash away without doing anything at all.

This is really a story about getting out of your own way and letting things unfold naturally.

Sitting quietly is incredibly difficult for most of us but sometimes it is the best (and only) course of action. Next time you have a string of things go wildly wrong and nothing seems to be working, try letting the bad stuff run its course.
