Power Play: Go to the place where new comes from

When Power Players use the words “new and improved”, they mean it.

This means that Power Players seek out places, situations and people that force them to see things in a new and fresh way.

They don’t wait for the new to come to them like some benevolent parade. They get out into the world and among the people and shake it up.

This means they’re out in the street and not locked away in some glass building, away from the mess and chaos. They think of the least likely place someone like them would visit and then they go there.

There’s awesome power in digging up the new stuff and in seeing the trend. Not only because it means you’re out in the world but because it means you’re ahead of the curve.

Live by this credo as Power Players do. Get out there. Roll around in it. Find where the new lives and drag it back into your world kicking and screaming.
