The role of leadership in the Penn State child abuse scandal

In a case that rocked the United States, former Pennsylvania State University football assistant coach Jerry Sandusky was recently indicted on 52 counts of child molestation dating from 1994 to 2009. Amy Conway-Hatcher, Alan Salpeter, and Greg Jaeger investigate how the Penn State scandal happened – and offer lessons on how to prevent a similar disaster happening again.
