Unlimited annual leave: Silicon Valley’s latest bid to snag best staff

In efforts to attract the best available talent, tech companies have begun advertising the ultimate lure: endless annual leave. Seriously.

Sound too good to be true? Companies including Netflix and Zynga don’t think so. They now allow employees to take as much time off as they want – whenever they want. And the ensuing problems aren’t the ones you’d envisage.
