Tim Fung is the founder and CEO of Airtasker, a trusted community marketplace for people to outsource tasks, find local services or complete flexible jobs to earn money – online or via mobile. He is also a founder and director of Tank Stream Labs – a co-working space and entrepreneurial community located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.
I’ve just discovered Jelly, which is a mobile app that allows you to take a photo of something nearby and then tap into your social networks to find out the answers.
For example, you might use Jelly to translate a street sign written in a different language or ask someone whether it looks like you’ve assembled your IKEA furniture correctly.
It’s a really slick, fast and easy to use app and I’m loving the trend of mobile apps simplifying more “traditional” desktop programs.
