Since he was a kid, Tim Harris wanted to own his own restaurant. He has Down syndrome, which made people sceptical about his desire to run a restaurant. But his family helped him out, and today, he’s America’s happiest restaurateur, serving breakfast, lunch and hugs to 40,000 customers and counting.
