Most eBay sellers would be grateful for a positive feedback message – but how about one million of them?
Jack Sheng, who operates the California-based electronics accessories company Eforcity, has just received his millionth feedback message since starting the business in 2000.
In the past two months, Sheng’s four separate eBay user IDs and his company have each recorded more than one million feedback points, which is well ahead of any other eBay seller.
Eforcity employs almost 200 people and started a part-time job, but Sheng quickly realised the electronics accessories niche had potential and went full-time.
He says he realised they would reach the one million mark a while ago, and that it is “a great morale booster for our employees”.
