“At the moment, it’s definitely Google hangouts.

“I’ve just come off a call with the seven people who work with my company this morning. For us, particularly with the way the world works, globalised, and with a team that are constantly travelling, the ability to have a really good quality multi-party call that’s free has just changed the game for internal communication.

“I’ve only got on to it quite recently – I’d previously used Skype, and I’m quite impressed with the call quality on Google hangouts. We had seven people on this morning, and it still functioned really effectively, and was sensitive enough to enlarge whoever is speaking on the screen. We’ve found it incredibly helpful for keeping team feel, in a 21^st century start-up which has to be flexible and nimble.”
