Judges in The Netherlands have ruled the Samsung Galaxy Tab is not a copy of the Apple iPad, winning the tech giant a significant victory.
The Hague Appeals court upheld a previous ruling that refused Apple an injunction on the Galaxy Tab, preventing it from sale.
The case is only one of many currently being heard around the world as Apple attempts to stifle its competition through legal action.
Apple has sued Samsung in many countries, including Australia and the United States, saying the Galaxy Tab are copies of the iPad.
However, the court in The Netherlands ruled against of Samsung’s arguments, including that it shouldn’t be allowed to sell its smartphones and tablets altogether.
