Twitter pays its employees an average salary of $US120,000, according to a new American website that chronicles how much well-known tech companies pay their senior staff.
According to the new site, called TechCompanyPay, Twitter pays out an average salary of $120,000, while Apple pays slightly less at $US113,000.
The site was built by Google customer solutions engineer Gareth Jones, according to a new report on TechCrunch.
Among other tech companies profile include LinkedIn, which pays on average $US112,000, while Facebook pays $US110,000. Google has an average of $US104,000.
Jones claims the site was built in just a few hours, using publically available data.
