Apple has won a court case that will ban Samsung from selling smartphones in The Netherlands, as the tech patent wars continue.
According to the ruling, the Galaxy S, S II and Ace smartphones can no longer be sold due to patent difficulties with the scrolling photos feature.
The ruling is set to take effect from next month, and applies to Samsung subsidiaries in The Netherlands.
However, although the court has upheld Apple’s complaint, it has also rejected some of the company’s claims, including some that Samsung had coped Apple design features.
This case is separate to another regarding the Galaxy tablet.
