Hal Pritchard runs one of Australia’s most popular online shops for kitchenware – Everten Online. The business is turning over millions and has benefited from the Masterchef-inspired move towards home-cooking in the past few years.
Pritchard’s favourite piece of tech is the iPhone, but not for the reason you may think – he says Apple’s flagship device simply never breaks.
“My favourite piece of tech is still the iPhone. It just doesn’t break, it’s incredibly sturdy.”
“Normally I would go through a mobile phone in about 12 months, but I’ve had this one for two years. I drop it, abuse it, work it pretty hard and it still works. The battery recharges properly, the touchscreen works. That’s pretty good.”
