The Moleskin journal has been a popular choice for years for writers and artists, but also for professionals who need something to quickly jot down ideas – and the iPhone version is just as useful.
The app, which is free and universal for the iPad, allows users to take notes while choosing font types, sizes, paper types and other types of text colours.
Users can also share their notes via Twitter and Facebook, while one feature allows you to geotag your journal entries. You can also add images to your notes and move them around within the posts.
Note-taking apps are usually simple by design, but the Moleskin version is worth a look if you regularly use the iPhone to write down important thoughts.
