The company helps employees move from one corporate role to a small businesses environment, and is using astrological profiles to make the transition a little easier.
Laurence Harrould, the co-founder of Aviel, says the “Transition to Small Business Guide” is an attempt to help corporate types find a role in small businesses they enjoy. Astrological profiles allow Aviel to help suit a person to the right small business environment.
