iPhone App of the Week: Alarm Tunes

For many entrepreneurs, the day starts well before the sun rises – so a good alarm clock is a must. But with so many available on the app store, which is the best?

Alarm Tunes is a cheap, and comprehensive, alternative to the iPhone’s native alarm clock. The app takes up the full screen, and displays the current time and data in a bright, bold neon blue or black.

Users set their times, and then are also able to set the schedule those alarms are to use, such as every weekday, weekends or just a once-off. You can set any number of different alarms for different days, so you don’t have to go back and reset them every day.

The app also allows you to wake up to your favourite music, or podcast, by just selecting the music icon in the app. Users may want to stick with the native clock app, but at $1.19 Alarm Tunes is worth trying out.
