Tech giant Apple has released an update to its popular iTunes software, promising to fix some previous bugs preventing users from operating the program fully.
The 90MB update to iTunes 9.0.3 updates some syncing issues with iPods and iPhones, and also resolves an issue the program has in identifying some connected gadgets.
Some major updates include:
• iTunes does not ignore the “remember password for purchases” setting.
• Stability and performance issues upgraded.
• Smart Playlists and Podcast syncing features are now fixed.
A major update to the iTunes software is expected this year around September, when Apple usually announces upgrades to its iPod line-up.
