Electronics startup superpower Kogan is setting up shop in New Zealand. Not literally though, as Kogan operates entirely online and the founder has told StartupSmart he doesn’t believe in omni-channel retailing.
At a recent pitching competition run by this publication, founder and chief executive Ruslan Kogan outlined his growth strategy, advocating ruthless focus on a unique selling point: in his team’s case, price.
