After years of musing and months of planning, Ed Onggo’s first call to a potential customer about his crowdsourced ticketing platform went incredibly badly.
But the founder of GiggedIn says it was the best mistake he ever made, as he learned a lot about his business, what his clients would actually want and helped him get over the fear of cold-calling and pitching to people.
