Israel-based start-up CupsTelAviv has put a twist on the traditional store loyalty program by allowing customers to drink as much coffee as they want.
CupsTelAviv lets coffee-lovers drink to their heart’s content at any of the Tel Aviv coffee shops enrolled in its program.
The program has two options: unlimited coffee, any time of the day or night, for about $45 a month or a cup a day for about $27 per month.
“We have a loyalty program that goes across not a specific chain, but across independent and franchise stores we signed up for the program,” says chief executive Alon Ezer.
“As far as I know, this is the only such loyalty program anywhere in the world, and it holds a great promise for not only coffee shops, but for brick-and-mortar retailers of all kinds.”
Why not take inspiration from CupsTelAviv and launch a similar program for another item?
