If you’re using Google Calendar and travelling a lot, you’re going to end up changing time zones quite often – which can be a pain, especially if you’re making new appointments.
When you connect to the internet, Google should automatically change your time zone. But sometimes, for whatever reason, you may want to set it yourself.
To change the time zone in Calendar, head to the Settings page. On the very first page, you should see the option to set your country, and your time zone.
If you want, you can also show multiple time zones, allowing you to create events that can be shown across different times – a lifesaver for jetlagged travellers.
