This is really good advice. The little things and small gems of positive feedback really do make a big difference.
If you can catch people getting things really right and let them know what a difference their inputs make, it does give a warm glow.
And skimping on biscuits, how mean is that?! If hard working content creators need a mid-morning or afternoon sugar hit, then so be it, have one available.
