This app is designed to wake you at the best time during your sleep cycle, so you wake refreshed.
Users put the app on their bed, and Sleep Cycle monitors movement during sleep using the accelerometer. When it finds a 30 minute window during which you should be woken, it sets off the alarm.
The app also saves your data and then puts it in a graph for every night, so you can monitor your sleep patterns.
